Our Return Policy is Simple...

 

1: No orders beyond 30 days old can be returned.
2: All returns must have original packaging and be in resalable condition
3: There are NO returns on: Painted Parts, Electrical Items, Closeouts, Locks, Keys, Speedos, or any other item requiring a VIN number to complete the order.
4: All orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge, and we reserve the right to refuse any return.

 

 

INSTRUCTION TO RECEIVE A MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM

  In order to speed up our returns process, we have created a returns department direct email address for all inquires regarding, return authorization, return status (Rma status), warranty authorization, and warranty status issues. The Returns Departments email address is: rma@surdykeyamaha.com. All returns inquiries will be handled directly through email correspondence. When sending your request to our returns department, we will require the following information to better assist you: your full name (first and last), order number (can be obtained on line or on the conformation email we send once the order has been placed), part number(s) (**example of part number 29440-99b) and a reason/explanation for return (please provide as much detail information as possible.)

Please note ** all returns must obtain the RMA form provided by the returns department for proper processing. Failure to provide this form when returning, will result in, your return to be denied and sent back to you at your expense.
